Safety taboos
It is strictly prohibited to operate underground in mines without checking gas concentration and ventilation, and it is strictly prohibited to operate under overpressure (air compressor pressure>0.7MPa) or without lubrication (drill pipe joints not coated with grease);
During the drilling process, it is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating drill rod or drill bit with hands, and it is strictly prohibited to stand directly below the drilling rig (to prevent the drilling tool from falling);
It is prohibited to dismantle air ducts and drill rods while the drilling rig is running, and it is forbidden to use the drilling rig to lift heavy objects (such as dragging other equipment);
Fault handling must be carried out after shutting down and cutting off the air supply. It is strictly prohibited to carry out "pressure maintenance". For complex faults (such as damage to the pneumatic motor), professional personnel should be contacted, and unauthorized disassembly of the core part is prohibited
Precautions for maintenance and upkeep
All maintenance operations must be carried out after shutting down the machine and cutting off the air supply (shutting down the air compressor, releasing the air duct pressure). It is strictly prohibited to disassemble components under pressure to prevent safety accidents;
When replacing components, it is necessary to use original parts that match the drilling rig model (such as pneumatic motor blades, impactor pistons) to avoid equipment failure caused by non original parts;
Establish a maintenance ledger to record the maintenance time, component replacement status, and operation duration for each maintenance, in order to trace the equipment status and prevent malfunctions in advance.
